I am having an acute episode now.? My doctor thinks it was due to my fall.

Feels like lightening bolts shooting down my legs and up my back.

And it is on both sides this time......not fun ......

I am having some PT to strengthen?my lower back muscles.

I really need a new desk chair.? This one has no lumbar support.? I do put a pillow at my lower back but it really doesn't help.?

So I am trying not to sit here much

I’ve had it often enough and you are right, it doesn’t affect your feet. ? ?The pain can travel down the leg though.

I have had sciatica since before I had Ashley.

It was much worse when I was heavier but it still bothers me at times.?

Yesterday was beautiful here except for the wind and the rain that came late afternoon.? And then it snowed last night.? Crazy weather.? Mother Nature and her attitude is getting on my last nerve.

Right now it is 35 and feels like 25.? I miss the days it was in the 60s.

I have already done my chores and there is nothing else going on today except maybe fold a load of clothes.? I don't want to do it though since I am hurting again.? No clue what is going on but the doctor said it sounds like my sciatica is acting up.? Whatever it is can stop at any time.?

I now have three cross stitch projects going.? I did indeed start on the Rainbow Kitties again.? I am also thinking about starting a fourth one.? This is something I have never done before.? Only reason I have ever had more than one project going at a time is because I had birth announcements stitched (other than the baby information since they hadn't arrived yet) and was working on something else.? I am actively working on three projects at once now.

Okay, I guess that is all for now.?
