My arm is getting stiffer by the hour. I looked and don't see bruising but sure it will come out. I have a huge lump on my leg and it was turning color this morning...?

No, I haven¡¯t fallen fortunately and hope I don¡¯t. ? ? It is horrible to fall and not be able to get up. ? Makes me very nervous even thinking about it. ? ?Let¡¯s hope we don¡¯t fall again as we all know that, as we age, the chances of falling increases. ?Be careful everyone.

It was a beautiful day yesterday ?and its about?45 right now but calling for rain all day today turning to snow later this evening.
I was busy all morning yesterday because we had company coming. My sister in law and myself went to a store to kill an hour while their dog had her teeth cleaned and I fell when we came out. I am pretty scraped up but thankfully its my left side . I haven't looked at my leg or hip?yet this morning but I had a huge bump last night. My elbow and thumb got the worst of it.
