It is exactly this worldwide thingy that tickles me so much to be getting into
live internet telephone/teleconference communication, so that
Abraham can possibly, (if Esther desires it), can address us all,
world wide, from Hong Kong, to the UK, to New Zeland, and Italy,
all at once.

well, i guess we all know today was a solar eclipse! who could miss
it? everyone is talking about the power and import of the eclipses
and grand cross happening this july and august. it also seems there
are quite a few major stellar configurations the past few years and
coming up. or maybe it is just that we are becoming more aware of
them and the opportunities for personal and planetary transformation
they bring. the key is how to use them effectively in our personal
lives when they occur. in this post i would like to share how i work
with such energy opportunities.

i am one who doesn't think it is by random chance that such powerful
energies are happening as we move from the patterns of the
newtonian-cartesian paradigm of reality into the manifestation of
realities based on relativity and quantum theory. and as powerful
as these energies are, and as great as the prophesies of doom and
gloom get on some of this stuff; i believe and live my life that ALL
is Love... and that we have free will and the power to choose how to
live every moment.

i choose Love and Joy! yippee!

lunar eclipses give the opportunity for endings... (july 28th was the
lunar eclipse). solar eclipses give the opportunity for beginnings.
sort of seem to be meant to go together, don't they? it seems that
the Universe gifts us with an opportunity to end what no longer is a
match to our soul's vibration, to "pour the old wine out of our
jugs", and then consciously decide what we choose to bring into our
lives.

with all that is said and speculated about what this means (pick
your own workable myth and use it), i ask myself how i can use these
energies all for the positive in my own life.

i am an energy practitioner: i use reiki (several forms), flower
essences, work with non-physical energy systems (M.A.P. and
others), etc. i am a practising shawoman. my background is
spiritual as well as clinical (i am a psychotherapist by some of my
training and experience). i'm also a practising virgo and i agree
with the medicine teacher sunbear who is alleged to have said: "if
your god doesn't grow corn, he's not worth a damn." i get the
point. i have been into (and am into) a lot of stuff that people in
"normal reality" would consider strange. such things can be a real
distraction on the spiritual path. we can get phenomenon - oriented,
instead of growth oriented. i want results! in my life and in the
life of those with whom i share my heart's service :-) we deserve
it! i truly don't believe that we come to this planet to live,
suffer and die. we come here with a True purpose of Joy and Passion!
every one of us!

for the july lunar eclipse, i thought about what i wanted to end in
my life; what i felt no longer served me. i looked honestly at my
life, particularly at where the lunar eclipse fell in my natal energy
pattern (birth chart). i lined my energies up to consciously use
this powerful sequence of energies deliberately and to my benefit in
my soul's growth. i have a philosophy that i would rather be on top
of something early and "ride the waves" joyfully, than live so
unconsciously (like i did when i was younger) that my own life and
inner Being have to come whack me up the side of the head to get my
attention :-) i have decided from experience that i learn much
better from positive reinforcement than from negative reinforcement
:-)

i know darn well that life is naturally always full of endings and
beginnings, the inbreath and the outbreath of the great spirit.
there are always loving purposes to every ending and to every
beginning. yes, it has been my experience that finding... choosing
to find... the loving purpose can sometimes be quite a challenge and
take a long period of time: like when my 8 year old grand daughter
was killed by a drunk driver. i have learned that, consciously met,
there are no losses, and that change can always be a positive and
loving thing. i do not demean or discount the work that sometimes
has to be done to get find the loving purpose. especially when it
appears that a great pain has occurred is it important o do the
inner work and find the Love inherent in the situation. all the more
reason to get conscious, to take responsibility, and to grow. we
did not come here to be victims. we came here to Be gods.

today's solar eclipse is in the sign of leo. according to spiller
and mccoy in their excellent book "spiritual astrology" a solar
eclipse in leo gives us the gift of learning to accept Love.

wow!

so i have spent some time being truthful with myself about how well
i am at allowing myself to receive Love. how do i allow Love (the
real, full out, unconditional, ecstatic stuff) to show up in my own
feelings and thoughts about my self, in my relationships, at work,
with money, sex, in my body etc? i prayed and meditated on all the
other ways we can allow Love to come into manifestation in our lives!
i prayed for my inner Being to open and inspire me to new levels of
allowing my self to receive Love.

let me also say here, that it is my belief that the sun in our solar
system acts as a step-down transformer for the energies of
All-That-Is. I believe, in my construct, that the Stream of pure
positive energy spirals throughout the Universe, and spirals into our
galaxy, into and through our Sun, and into each planet and to all
the lifeforms who have chosen to incarnate on that planet. i have a
pretty keen interest in how this energy is spiraling into planet
earth and into this wee microcosm of All-That-is called "sonreya",
through her, and back out through all of Creation. ahh! the in
breath and the outbreath! the alpha and the omega! the sun now
becomes a step-up transformer :-) could it be (it is so in my
choice of spiritual myths), that we humans are here to create heaven
on earth? by allowing the spiraling energy of Love and All-That-Is
to come into and through us, to use it to Be Deliberate Creators, and
to send it back out to the earth as Heaven on Earth?

I ask the Universe to use me more as a conduit to accept and to flow
Love through this planet.

a solar eclipse in leo can also be about the gift of expressing your
creativity passionately. when you allow yourself to accept Love, you
will naturally express it through the unique gifts that you brought
into this lifetime. the one and only, unique YOU is such an
incredible gift to this planet; such an essential and integral part
of the whole and to the new world we are getting ready to build! i
think the step up transformer process with energy begins when you
allow yourself to accept all the Love the Universe has for you and
then flow it gloriously back out through your creations. this is a
limitless flow. it just keeps getting better and better!

we must mention that since solar eclipses are about beginnings, that
a solar eclipse in leo can also be about beginning romance at a new
and higher level in your life. well, such things are personal, so i
will just let you be with that aspect of a leonian solar eclipse :-)
vive la amor!

leo corresponds to the energy of children. that could mean a lot of
things and be expressed in many different ways. our "children" may
well not be biological. caroline myss talks about the projects,
dreams, visions that we passionately want to bring forth and "raise"
into manifestation. whatever we passionately create with our minds
and hearts can be the "children" of our lives.

i believe that as we move into the new frequencies and create new
lifestyles to express the energies, that many women and people will
separate sex from procreation and realize that they do not want to
pay the tremendous price of raising children, so they will decide not
to have biological children. but they can fulfill their desire and
drive for creation through the joyous creations of their hearts.
the greatest gift and joy - and the hardest work - of my life has
been raising my children. i am a woman who loves being a mother,
challenging as the job has been at times. in my work as a maternity
counselor and in infant and toddler mental health, however, i have
seen the tragic consequences all of the world and all lifeforms pay
repeatedly for humans raising their children without love. i look
forward to a broader definition of "having children" and the joys of
procreation. not by chance, leo corresponds to both children and
creativity. children can be one way of expressing creativity. not
the only one.

sorry, i got on my soap box for all children on the planet being
raised with Love there. ok, back on track...

when i think of leo energy and children, i also think of what jesus
said "you shall not enter the kingdom of heaven, except you become as
a little child." just the other day i was praying at my power place
in the mountains and i opened to a greater awareness of what this
might mean. jesus was speaking to adults when he said this. he
said: "... except you become as...". he must have realized that we
adults weren't living "as children": open, trusting, innocent,
passionate, joyous, creative. could a solar eclipse in leo bring
us the opportunity to " become as a little child..."? could it then
be for those who choose it, an opportunity to move forward into
entering the :kingdom of heaven"? i claimed a big dose of flowing
these eclipse energies toward fulfilling that teaching from my
brother into my current life! what a great possible way to use this
solar eclipse energy! yippee! i must admit that miss virgo had to
play around with what it might look like to allow myself to become
more child like :-) virgo corresponds to work, not play :-) hmmm
:-) good thing for leo energy (play!)

with any eclipse or energy configuration, we can learn from pain or
pleasure. the Universe is full of contrast to choose from. i tell
the universe each morning that i will learn and grow this day from
joy and passion and in simplicity and ease!

if you are drawn to use macro energy experiences consciously for your
own soul growth and well-being, you will want to use energy practices
of your own choosing to assist you in working deliberately and
effectively to accomplish what you desire. there are many great
energy practices, some old, some new, emerging as humans evolve and
become more aware of and deliberate in their lives here.

i use "M.A.P., the medical assistance program of the white
brotherhood", a way to work together with non-physical helpers from
Nature and the christ energy pattern. this work was brought through
by machaelle wright. check her work at perelandra.com. (this is not
a white race or male thing :-)

i use reiki. reiki is a way to practice tangibly being physically
focused and spiritually connected. i have a reiki site at
www.onelist.com/subscribe/LanguageOfLight. there are many wonderful
reiki sites! "essential reiki" by diane stein is a great book on
reiki along with "empowerment through reiki" by paula horan.

i use flower essences (both perelandra and bach). flower essences
help you realign your energies in your physical-emotional-mental and
spiritual bodies. they remove resistance and blockages. they also
can be used deliberately to "weave in" energetically whatever you
want in your life. they are awesome! the above perelandra site has
info and you can find lots of stuff on the web about "flower
essences".

i do other energy things. the three above are my main tools and
blend so perfectly together for me :-). point being, i decide to
the best of my ability how i want to experience energy and i use the
practices i am comfortable with to manifest my choices. this can be
done with eclipses or with any other energies.

i have been wanting to create a flower essence tincture to reflect
the deliberate growth i am doing, particularly around the two
eclipses and the grand cross. if you have flower essences, or
whatever energy techniques or tools you use, you can accomplish these
kinds of things in your own way.

here is what i put in my tincture. feel free to use any of this in
your own way if it serves you. i have spent a good deal of prayer
the past couple of months lining up this energy to step powerfully
forward into the next level of my life. when what i really wanted
gelled for me this past weekend after i had been sharing reiki
attunements with my spiritual family and joined in a powerful global
meditation, i was also meditating with my abraham-hicks calendar and
what i want came together for me around the beautiful wording of this
spiritual teaching of the group consciousness "abraham" as channelled
through esther hicks. (search "abraham-hicks") i wanted to go to
causal levels. i am pretty clear on form. my work to be done is at
causal levels.

my flower essence (and a lot more put in it) tincture will weave the
following into my life:

(1) My purpose is Joy.
my purpose in my physical body is this physical world is joy. i
learn and grow through joy and passion, simplicity and ease. i
always get the best of what i want with no effort at all on my part
and no resistance. i choose a life of joy and passion. i live here
in vibrational harmony with my Source energy. my heart is singing!

(2) I make clear decisions.
my mind is my focusing mechanism. i make clear, joyous decisions in
line with my Source energy. i use the data of my observation to look
for things that feel good to me. i allow this physical time and
place to bring me to powerful focus. i consciously choose what i
will have in my experience. through my focus of decision, the Energy
that creates worlds then flows. i can and will have and do and Be
anything i choose. i learn and grow through joy and passion.

(3) My body is my vehicle of Joy and Passion.
i appreciate that my body is a wondrous, adapting vehicle designed
soley to accommodate my unique and valuable perspective. my body is
naturally a vessel of good feeling, a vessel of ease, of strength, of
agility, of dexterity, of balance, of pleasure. my body continues to
thrive as my dominant intent is to be in vibrational alignment with
the Stream of Pure, Positive Energy that flows limitlessly to me at
all times, every day of my life. i choose to Be in vibrational
harmony with my Source of energy in my body.

(4) All of my relationships extend my decision for Joy and Passion.
my joyous, passionate relationships provide the springboard for
ideas born out of the intertwining of our thoughts. enormous power
comes forth as we blend ideas, situations, beliefs, intentions, and
desires. my relationships are in vibrational harmony with my Source
Energy and they are all therefore Deliberate Creation at its best!

(5) I easily allow myself to have total abundance in all areas of my
life.
i allow myself to receive Love. abundance of wellness, abundance of
joy, abundance of all that i desire, flows to me at all times as i
focus upon well-being, joy and Love.

that's what i have placed in my flower essence tincture. i am
making the above tincture available to others. if it draws you,
please pem me and i will tell you how to get it. if the wording and
feel of the above resonates with you, feel free to use it with your
M.A.P., reiki, or however else you practice and work with energy.
when i decide on something i use flower essences, reiki, MA.P. and
anything else i can get my hands on! <ggg> did i say "virgo" or
what! i open a MA.P. coming or do my reiki self treatment with the
clear intention to bring into my life the above described essences.
i use these energy practices with all my personal growth. i know
that some people think of reiki as just a healing method. it is a
lot more! it can be used to build personal mastery! when you hold
an intention to accomplish a certain thing (like my above decisions
about what i want my life to look like) and do reiki self
treatments, you are drawing into your body the energies that create
worlds and activating in each cell of your body these frequencies!
you are grounding and manifesting heaven on earth! which is what you
came here to do!

i don't spend a lot of time with astrology and macro energy cycles.
i do have a great respect for it (practiced correctly). this
particular sequence of events really drew my attention. this is how
i have arranged it with my inner Being: let me know if i need to be
aware of and pay attention to anything in the stars. this grouping of
energies has really compelled me.

however you do your own inner work, whatever tools and techniques
have drawn you and inspire you: decide what you want and apply the
knowledge that you have to what you want. i think it is an
incredible thing to work around a powerful event like we are in the
middle of having. the grand fixed cross is said to be open august 16
- 19 (i have heard other dates and about other events... evidently
a lot is going on!).

all energies are Love. there is nothing to fear. these are times
of unprecendented opportunity for soul growth! this is my take on
these eclipses and the grand cross :-)

Hi All!

I just got back from a vacation in Lake Tahoe. I had such a fun
manifestation I wanted to share it with everyone. My husband and I were
staying at a hotel and I made reservations for 2 adjoining rooms since we
were taking my son and his 2 friends. Their room was ready when we got
there. Ours was not. We played for a couple of hours, and came back to
check in to our room. Still not ready. The manager suddenly appears out
of nowhere. He says that he changed our room to the presidential suite
with 2 bedrooms since the other room wasn't ready! When we got there we
saw why it was called the presidential suite. It was huge and very
luxurious. (I've been trying to vibrate luxury more lately). Needless to
say we had a great vacation. When we checked out we had been charged for
just one room! Another bonus! The universe puts things together so
wonderfully!

Hi Judy and Juls,

I loved both your recent posts concerning your liberating discoveries, each
in different areas, but both very exciting and empowering for each of you.

All posts are interesting to read; but it's a special treat to hear about
breakthroughs and to be allowed to share in the exuberance and celebration
when one of you guys shares news of big discoveries. It always makes me
happy to see people decide to make an even larger part of their life full of
the joy and wonder; it's such an encouragement and useful reminder to all
the rest of us to keep pushing/nudging the limits which we think are
stopping us.

Thanks for sharing those wonderful insights, Judy and Juls. Very
inspirational!
