Good question.
I think it is an individual thing. I know for me, writing my thoughts down
is the most effective way to set my emotional vibrations in motion. So
scripting, place mat process etc. is very powerful for me.
For other people, talking about what they want is the easiest and fastest
way to creation . Several people in my Abe group prefer VRs. and
visualization processes. I don't think vibrations of spoken thought and
unspoken thought necessarily differ. It is the individual offering the
thought that makes the difference.

Thank you Adrienne, but again, my question was not HOW to create. My
question was more technically directed, since we were talking about the
actual way that vibration effects matter. How do the vibrations between
the spoken thought and the unspoken thought differ?
