It must be two words or two words with a middle initial.
Make sure to single space as the example shows above.
Put this command in the first line of the body of the message, and send.
PLEASE NOTE: ONE MORE STEP IS REQUIRED...
You will get an instruction back very quickly by automatic email that you
should read and then you will have to reply to it in order to complete
the sign-on process. Make sure to replace *all* of the message in your
reply email with a simple "ok", as is instructed in the message you receive.
Nothing but an "ok", (without the quotes), should be in your reply email.
This is all done automatically.
You will receive confirmation of your subscription back to you by email.

This list is available in digest form. If you wish to receive the digest
version, Type or paste this command into the first line of the body of the
message: "SET ABRAHAM-HICKS DIGEST" (without the quotes),
send to: LISTSERV@... You will receive all the posts one
download, issued at once per day, rather than separate mailings as they
are mailed throughout the day. There will be a neat list of subject titles
at the header of the download posted for that day, and the quantity of the
