You don't have to protect it or guard it.?
You don't have to watch out for those people that don't understand and isolate yourself in corners.?
You are not fragilely connected to this life force.?
You are eternally connected to this life force.?
And as you consciously make the connection, you will get back there easier and easier and easier every time.
