A Q Capacitor prototype is added to:

A rotor shaft ground wire is required. This old vintage capacitor was
too scratchy. Measurements are repeatable. Q of variable capacitor, for
a nominal Q=200 T68-2 core, is slightly greater than a 330pF C0G.
