if you look at the description of the group


it says "There are no limits to the complexity or cost of the design, so both a cesium fountain clock and a basic voltmeter are acceptable." So the group is not just for hobbies.?

The total outlay for that equipment, which was all bought on different times and in different places, was around $5,000 not $14,000. That equipment was bought for a business and used by a business. But none of it is good at measuring Q. ???

So for me, that Chinese kit does not do what I want, but neither does anything my company owns do what I want.??? Hence my desire to design and make something that works better than the instruments I have.?
