I'd agree with both Stan and Dean. If you want to meet the specs spelled
out in
the manual, then you should go by the manual. But I and many others the
ballpark estimate is good enough. For the record I use a oscillator in a
can from a scrap computer to check that the timebase is more or less where
it should
be. And if you need to be bang on use a counter.
