When I wanted the 11300 version of TekCATS, I used to find that for the DSAs. Now I wish the DSA version but I cannot find it anymore... :)

Can someone help me finding it?

Go to H?kan‘s download web page. A version is listed immediately below the TEKCATS_11300 listed in the Obsolete Tektronix Softwares. I don’t know if it covers the DSA unit that you have.

Maybe it can be used only with the GP-IB interface?
- I am using a MS-DOS PC WITHOUT the GP-IB interface OR
- I am using a modern PC WITH a USB adapter but I don't know how to run MS-DOS on it.

If it's anything like the TDS adjustment software (also based on Tek "CATS OS", so I would think so), then yeah it's fairly hardcoded to use a certain type of GPIB card on the ISA bus, and you will need DOS (or if you don't hate yourself, FreeDOS, which should even run on fairly modern hardware).
Minor patches to the .exe can make it support any of a broad range of GPIB cards but they still need to be ISA; I describe this in a post on eevblog which I can dig up if interested.

IIRC Sven Schnelle implemented a thin emulation layer in Qemu to be able to run the FAS on modern hardware but not sure if it was complete and functional.

It is strange that TkeCATS supports serial ports for the older 11300 and not for the newer DSA.
Unfortunately my old PC has only PCI ports. But I have a Prologix USB-GPIB interface, could I use it with Freedos?

Note, all of that applies to the FAS for the TDS6xx/7xx etc scopes, so it may not be 100% applicable to your tekCATS.
