Looking for Tektronix VM700T Software

I am looking for the VMT control software (and/or any other software) for the vintage 1996-1999 VM-700T NTSC/PAL video test set. Since this unit has been made "obsolete" by the sunset of the old analog TV transmission protocols, they are no longer supported by whomever took over the Tek video division. My unit has the audio option enabled, among others, and it would be nice to be able to more easily build some automated functions for it. Also are there any CLIP files available anywhere since this unit falls into the "board level exchange" era of servicing.

Hi, I have VmtWin-release032201.zip and some more. Try this:

My VM700T backup battery did run out, and I don't have security key to activate unit anymore. I tried to ask key from Tektronix, but they can't generate those anymore. I'm looking working serial number + activation code (not sure if it's possible to change serial on unit and then activate it again).

Perfect. I sent you my SN info directly, hope it helps.

Based upon the command syntax that is documented in the 070-9650-02 manual, I have begun writing a Node-Red interface to fully control the system using a dashboard2 interface. I use the RS232 port into hardware running Node-Red ( as Raspberry Pi will do). The dashboard can be formatted to be mobile phone friendly, so I can control the unit with a handheld "remote" Kinda cool. I can post the .json file once I get it more user friendly, if there is any interest.
