I need help fixing a Tek 3B3 time base #chat-notice

I recently purchased a Tek 561A oscilloscope and determined that there is something wrong with the timebase plug-in. I followed the troubleshooting guide in the manual and determined that there is something wrong with the horizontal amplifier and the normal sweep generator (according to the test points for these parts of the plug-in the voltages are way out of spec) any insight onto what the issue would be would be greatly appreciated

Hi ,Henry,
What symptoms exactly does it show?
If the DC voltages are out of specs, the first thing to do is to correct their values before proceeding further.

Max

Are the internal voltages of the 561's power supplies all in range?

Max

Yes they are

Is it adjusted using some of the VR‘s on the plug-in

What are???
Nothing quoted for context.

Are the voltage’s adjusted with the VR’s on the plug-in Or is it an adjustment inside the scope itself?
