He could always claim he got mixed up and posted the same photo for each auction but the plugins were really different. Ebay weighs the description more than the photo if there is a conflict. ? He had one auction listed for $375 until 9:31AM today but he sells the other auction for $99 an hour earlier maybe because the 2^nd auction was a “Make an offer” auction and he decided he was never going to get the $375 he was hoping for. Once he got the payment of $99 via PayPal he kills the other auction. ? Seems like he could have done this more simply with one auction. ?
