Hi all,
I have an AWG510 here running Program Version: 1.6B and OS Version: 1.1
I want to update it to the latest version 4.0 downloaded from the Tektronix website but I am having problems.
I have successfully FTP the files across to the AWG510 into the /MAIN folder as directed in the instructions, but when I follow the instructions to find the update button, it's not there at all.
I noticed the readme has the following paragraph:
If you have the AWG500 series of Program Version:1.x and hope
for the system software upgrade,please contact your local
Tektronix representative and request assistance.
I have sent a message to Tek for help, but I suspect I'll get the usual 'Product not supported' spiel.. Waiting for any info back.
Does anyone know the trick to update the software? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
