i got the scope last year, "working" then it failed the self calibration, so I'm not a scope guy. I left it alone until today, I did some google searching and a battery issue came up. So I decided to check and I found a mess with the battery pack, I'm 99% is not tek work. I'll be posting some photos, there is no continuity whatsoever the way is done, I can find some if I use the trace that looks like the correct one for the positive. My battery pack is a double AA.
