Hi,im trying too remove the vernier b time div pot on this scope,i have the small knob removed but cant see how the outer part comes off,any ideas,unlike the inner knob that has a grub screw,i see nothing on the outer part.Tia

Was there a thread on this very topic recently? If I remember correctly, those knobs must be pried off the shaft.

There is no "grub screw". Equal force from under both sides of edge of the knob is essential, and damage to the knob is likely.

May I suggest you reconsider the need to get the pot out?

the verner part needs to come off to remove the front panel,as i need to work on the sweep board,most of the other pot knobs pull off but i would say this verner one wont without wrecking something,theres a blue bourns pot at the rear of it.

sorted,i didnt see the slot in the outer where it unscrews,used a pair of circlip pliers on it,came undone easy.
