OK before I try locating my manual. Have any of the group seen this.
A few days ago while checking a signal generator I noticed the sweep
appeared to be running at 10 times. The 10X switch was in the normal
1X position.
I rechecked today with the 1KHz cal signal, sweep set at 2ms one cycle
displays as 5 divisions (10ms) rather than 1ms.
Now switching to 10X expands 10 times, so first thought bad switch
is not the problem.
Suggestions anyone.

Oh the scope has never been open been on my desk same spot for
20 years.
