Hello--
The original inquirer decided that the C1001 I'm offering
free for postage
(plus a sop to cover PayPal and shipping supplies) wouldn't
meet his needs,
so it's now available.
This is a Tektronix C1001 video camera in unknown operating
condition;
it appears to be in good physical condition. There's no
mounting bezel for
attaching the camera to an oscilloscope, but a cable is
included.
Apparently, this device mounts in front of a CRT's screen
and includes a CCD camera; see comments below from other
TekScope readers for details.
If you need this C1001, please let me know and I'll figure
out U.S. Postal Service shipping to your location.? Please
note that
shipment overseas via USPS International Priority mail is
very expensive (e.g., $50.00 to Germany), so I encourage
someone
here in the U.S. to go for it.
Questions welcomed,? PayPal honored.
Thanks, and 73--

The C1001 only works if:
1. You have suitable camera adaptors for the scopes you want
to use it with
2. You have a power supply for it. You can either use a
regulated wall
wart, or wait until a matching DX02 supply turns up
The C1001 is a fairly low resolution monochrome camera based
on an early
Sony CCD and boards, but perfectly suitable for the job as a
scope camera.
It has focus and aperture controls on the lens, and
magnification set by
moving the whole shebang along the mounting rails. It
produces NTSC
format composite video. It runs continuously, which is a
pain since
you cannot sync it to single shot events....

The C1001 delivers NTSC video signal. I have several of them
and still
looking for any shred of documentation; anyone got anything
besides
description in Tektronix' catalog? I would appreciate any
documentation
or direction where to find any.
