Greetings Everyone,
I have a question regarding a 465M that for some reason has a small patch of the insulation removed from the delay line, and a 47 ohm quarter-watt resistor soldered from the coax shield to ground.
As I have never seen anything like this, I was hoping one of you could explain the significance of this (or reason for doing it).
