There are two similar types of small pushbuttons in the 370. One is
the one you refer to the other one is 260-2156-00. The -2156- is also
in 370A which should still be in support by Tek. The difference
between the two is the shape of the small plastic piece which slides
into the switch housing when a button or toggle is activated.
You could try to order them from Tek and if you are careful you could
move this little plastic piece from your old bad switch to a new one.
