Re: 2445 CPU Address line failed
I have a few other Tek pieces with AMI 08s. It may be of interest that the 68xx family has an instruction, H(alt)C(atch)F(ire) that does nothing except turn the chip into a counter. Seems to be

Re: 2445 CPU Address line failed
The scope worked for 10 years with the 6808, so I would say it did not need the ram. I don't know if the 6808 was there because of the service as a replacement(I don't know for sure where all the

Re: 2445 CPU Address line failed
!!!! Could just be a random failure of the output driver. An AMI part should be fine, but note that 6808s were sold as RAM-less versions of the 6802, which means the on chip RAM may have failed test.

Re: [TekScopes2] Bandpass problem with 7704A
Jerry, Note that this applies also when you want to check only one channel. Then also the cable should be terminated at the end (the CH1 or CH2 input), not at the SG503 side. So you might have to

Re: 7104 Horizontal Amplifier
Gee, guys, ...lets show some culture on the blog, here. ? Viola is french for "...and there it is..." ? It has nothing to do with violins or fiddling, ...it is even pronounced phonetically "wa-la".

Wanat to swap whatever you need with 155-0042-02 or 155-0042-03 or 155-0028-00.
I need on piece ( or two) of 155-0042-02, 155-0042-03, 155-0028-00. ( Or any pin for pin replacement) These are the so called Miller Integrator/Reset Generator ICs and are used in several Tek scopes

I added a 10 ohm current shunt to the anode circuit of V20, the 20 MHz amplifier, and used it to test all of the tubes. The anode currents varied from 4.8 to 5.7 milliamps, the gate voltages varied

Re: Need part 2232 CRT and source for a tube
I was surprised to find that it does *not* use the same CRT as the 2247A or 2440 series. I wonder if they are interchangeable though. <tmiller11147@...> wrote:
