Re: Help with Two Replacement Parts
I finally looked at the 465 manual (not 465B - don't recall which one the OP is about). It looks like that cap is bypassing the regulated +55V supply. I'd recommend replacing the wet Ta original with

It is real 8 bit converters. Further it allowed you to adjust the level of obscurity that you looked at the digital traces in. For example you could change logic levels or even show three state logic

Re: Help with Two Replacement Parts
I would use a 35V 47uf tantalum to replace c1419. For C1534, you're on a 55V rail and there's not a lot of space, so putting a radial cap in is going to be messy. Mouser lists 3 poly film 3uf at 100V

My 2465 just died
Hi, I just dusted off my 2465 after 10 years in storage. It powered up and worked fine for 10 mins but after being switched off and on again it has died. I'm hoping to have some fun getting it back up

Re: 2465B CAL Settings?
I've scrolled through a few times and it circles back to TEST 01 after the last EXER. Would CAL menus be dependent on options? Thanks, Barry - N4BUQ

On mine, CAL appears appears a couple of clicks after EXER 08 probably depending on what options you have installed. Pressing the lower MODE button from the opening screen gets gets straight to the

Re: TLS216 at Singer
Thank you for your comments. I'm not going to buy one, but any scope with more than 4 channels is always interesting to look at. (1 Bit MSO options don't count.) ST [TekScopes]

According to the manual, pressing and holding deltaT and deltaV then pressing SLOPE causes the scope to go to the diagnostics menu and that works; however, scrolling through the menus doesn't show me

They're rather less on ebay, especially since that doesn't come with probes. MSOs? It's got a pretty standard full-height fan blowing across the instrument, shifts a fair amount of air, but not
