Problem with Tektronix probe 6046
I have a probe 6046, which doesn't work. The amplifier is ok, but in the probe the Q224 becomes very hot. All voltages are ok. There is a N-FET Q123 IFC1025, which I can't find anywhere. Who can help

Some (most?) DMMs have MOVs to protect the input of the meter. The spark might have been the MOV trying to save your meter. Get yourself a proper HV probe soon if you like working on this stuff. The
