I would respectfully disagree on the 2215: it sucks. I started with a $40 2215 from ebay, and have never looked back since going to the 475. I've had attenuator cam switch problems with the 475

Most 465/475/B eventually have failed HV transformers and HV multipliers. Better to look for a basic more modern unit like 2235, 2215, 2236. Cost at the Ham Fleas will be ~ $50..15. Jon
