Anyone Have a Peltola Socket?
Just wondering if anyone knows where I might get one of the Peltola sockets. I would like to replace one in one of the boards in my 7704A. Thanks, Barry - N4BUQ

Only if you're talking standard "DOS" formatting. Alternative formats are possible, which might give the additional space wanted. I've not explored it extensively, but on the linux boxes I use

Re: A sick 465B
On one 465 I worked on, the ceramic resistor network in the HV regulation path developed a cracked lead right at the body. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. Took me forever to track that

Re: Tek 2715 75 to 50 ohms conversion
Hello Alfredo, Yes, there is a 25 ohm resistor inside the connector. After that all is 50 ohm. The nicest thing is to find a N connector, like on the 2712, and connect that with semi-rigid to the

Mark, Thank you for the pointers. I will investigate them all. I was able to get the HV up to -1600 V for a few minutes, which was just long enough to verify that the replacement CRT was working and

Re: A sick 465B
Jeff, I will take a few guesses to your problem. See if the 10,000 ohm resistors in the -2450v circuit are high/open, C4006 being bad, the .0068mfd condensers bad in some way leaky or open, the two

Jerome, I have a 130LC I restored. I used 1% resistors except, for now, the 33,000 ohm 5W 5% (I plan to make it a 1% type soon) replacement of R95. It is a bit larger in power than necessary. A 3W
