Dan, I know they are worth way more than what I paid for mine but I got mine at the aeromart in airventure Oshkosh and got lucky and paid $150 for the pair and they had the 7/8" dia at the bend. Really they are worth what you want for them and how bad someone wants them......

For what it's worth, I paid $650? in 2017 for a set of essentially RV6 gear legs? from Langair. Bill Bernard

W8 and W10 both 1 1/4 axle diameter. W8 is 3/4" diameter at the small end of taper, recommended to use 7/8 for W10.?

If you are ordering a set of custom gear legs, be aware that the 1 1/4" axle size is"nominal". If the axle is made to that exact dimension the wheel won't fit. The axle needs to be a couple of thousandths undersize.

I found this out the hard way when I ordered my gear legs.
?
Also Cleveland wheels are about 1/4" wider than the ones Vans uses.
