Andy, I used the fair leads that have a large hole. They are in two halves and are held by a circular clip.

How do I go about the length of the rudder cables? What kind of cables, type, size, etc. Did you make up your own cables or have Spruce make custom ones??

Also about the fairleads, Spruce has two kinds; one is a large hole guide, the other one has a small hole where the cable runs through. Does it matter? Do they need to be just snap in on both sides or the ones that spruce sells with a retaining metal clip? Again, did more searches and cannot find much. I believe the welded tubes that they go on are 3/4 x 3/4 and I have 3 per side.

ps. quick build update; been doing lots of painting.. most of the fuselage, pedals and controls, rods, turnbuckles, etc etc etc? have all been painted.. everything went from scratched up black to gray! Finally at the point where I can start installing stuff! Progress!!
