I have a question regarding the fuel tank. I have just completed forming the sump and reviewing the plans and see that the plans show a .065 3x3 reinforcing patch welded outside bottom of sump. Is this being used if putting on a threaded welding bung for the fuel screen to be screwed up into the bottom of the tank?
