Thank you, Gerry!? When I started processing the image, Alnitak had a little bit of a halo. I didn't try calculating the distance to whichever glass surface was causing the reflection resulting in the halo, I just worked on reducing it in the image trying every trick in Photoshop that I knew.? It's not perfect, but I think it's ok.? Just like composing and recording a song or writing an article, book, or whatever, at some point, these artistic products are never finished, they're just finally abandoned - that's what we call "finished" - that amuses me.

The number of challenges one can experience in this hobby are truly amazing (and sometimes frustrating).? There's al;ways something else to learn, and I'm not always so lucky in finding a solution to them.? I'm glad the stars appear to have turned out satisfactorily.
