Firstly, thanks very much to you and your son for offering your assistance. I¡¯ll let Jay have the final say on this, but the cleaning of the optics is a delicate and precise procedure and Jay has extensive experience in doing this and I¡¯m not sure that the washer you described is the ideal cleaning approach. It¡¯s typically more of a dab and dissolve type of approach with specific cleansing agents.
As an aside, I¡¯ll bet some of the astro gear heads here would live to see those client cars!
