Judging Program Rules?SECTION 9 LICENSING 9.1 Payment of the annual fee (as determined by the CFA Board of Directors) is a requirement for relicensing or, in the case of an apprentice or trainee, remaining on the Judging Panel. This fee is due at the beginning of each calendar year.
