Hi everyone,
Congratulations again on your advancement. You¡¯ll want to download or print and scan a contract and a judge¡¯s bill for your use. When I come to Hong Kong in August, I¡¯ll bring a bunch to give you. You¡¯ll also want the evaluation form that I think I sent out a few weeks ago. I can resend that if you don¡¯t have it. ?
You¡¯ll need to send me your paperwork after you judge to be reviewed. Remember, if the master clerk or your clerk brings you back a a page to be corrected, make sure that correction gets put on your yellow copy, also.?
For your judge¡¯s bill:
Mileage is .655 per mile, so you¡¯ll need to figure that. You charge mileage to and from your home to the hotel/show if driving, and home/airport if flying. Remember to charge both ways!
Your judging fee is .50 US dollar per cat entered.?
Meals- dinner the night before the show, breakfast, dinner the day of the show, breakfast the day after the show if you are traveling home that day. Obviously, if there is breakfast included with your room or you attend a club dinner, you¡¯d wouldn¡¯t need to put this on your bill. My feelings on club dinners are that I attend them out of respect for the club that invited me.? They¡¯re fun anyway, lol!
Parking at the airport, hotel, or show facility should go on your bill?
Airfare is often paid in advance, but if not, it goes on your bill
Tolls and tips may also be put on your bill.?
If you have any questions about bills, please let me know.?
Make sure you return contracts and respond to invitations in a timely manner.?
You will receive an invitation to the judges email list, probably from Vicki Nye. I will also send a t3 email list invitation to the European Associate judges for communication purposes.?
If you plan to attend the International show in October, you may want to plan on attending the full BAOS, or at least the handling portion. It will give you some one on one time with the instructors, and some handling of breeds you may not have seen or handled.?
I¡¯m sure I¡¯ll think of more!?
Anne
