rs plug badly. I am looking at the geometry of routing them out th transom. Fewer holes below the waterline. Or possibly through the hull below the transom but still above the static water line.?Years ago I skippered a Deerfoot. Her scuppers were 2 inch pvc pipe glassed in. Instead of a grate or strainer at the deck they ran two stainless rods at right angles like cross hairs through the pipe. They had tested this and found anything that got past the cross hairs would flush all the way out.?
I do not like the original way the scuppers are tied together.?
Some of the boats have the bilge pump tied into the scuppers. Also a bad idea.?
