replacement winch handles

ackermwi

I assume those with the older boats like mine have winches that won't
take the current standard handles. Does anyone know where I can get
additional old style winch handles?

Bill,
?
If you are looking for the old style handles that fit the original Bronze Winchs with the slot that goes throught the top, so an I. I have one but want a spare if anyony has an extra!

who are looking for what you sell.

As an update, I did find a website

that looks like it has winch handles very close to the size for my
mast mounted halyard winches. Not sure if they're exact though. Need
to measure again and probably call them.

ACKERMWI,
?
Thanks for the heads up on RigRite. I'm looking for a spare handle for my bronze sheet winches which?is bigger than the ones they offer. I haven't messured it but it is at least 12 inchs. I'll measure it soon and post the?configuration. Hopefully someone has one laying around who has upgraded their winches.

Yes, they only have the small ones. I have a home made one for my
larger winches, and nicely done- extremely sturdy. I'm also just
planning ahead and looking for spares. I can share some photos of the
home-made one if anyone is interested.--Bill #327
