And that goopy sealant that is (still liquid) is a form of Butyl - it never hardens. It makes a wonderful sealant for whatever window material you choose.

We did that 10 years ago. Went to lexan, I think as they were super crazed. Tip: we found kerosene was the solvent that dissolved the (still liquid!) factory sealant. Marty Marty Levenson Poseidon ?
