Why not just call Tartan and ask what it was and where they might have gotten it? I know that hull #71 has a raised fiberglass lip and wooden hatches in the cockpit. It sort of self-seals to the point

Hi Jim, Ok, so you got me there. What about using a cut up bicycle inner tube and Life caulk or similar to attach it in the grooves under the hatch and lazarettes? I doubt you will find a replacement
