Each Tartan had a hull number. Mine was #71. The hull number is
normally on a brass plate on the sliding companionway hatch. At any

No I don't. She was USCG documented, and those records show a "VIN"
of D571334. Documentation was apparently allowed to expire April 30,
2000.
She had a black hull and had been hit in the port
