I recently purchased hull 215 and it was equipped with an obsolete SI-
TEX FL-7 fish finder / sounder. The unit still turns on and the cal
mode will rotate a second light around the screen, but the unit always
reads 0 feet. I have a brass or bronze thru hull mounted transducer
and not sure if the transducer is bad or the unit itself.
Just wondering if any one may have a manual on this unit as the
vendor does not service or consult on these as they are obsolete.
Also looking for a good replacement that can be transom mounted as a
thru hull would be too hard while in the water.
