?? Your signature says you have a 2006 EJ25 with a throttle cable. What do you mean by that, since all (least in North America) 2006+ EJ25 Subaru's were drive by wire.?
?I know some of the Drive-by-wire cars, depending on conditions (usually in gear and rolling a bit) will raise the idle speed to @2500 rpms or so.
