Where does ignition power connect to the harness? It should be a fused connection. I assume it's no voltage there. Or is there? What color is the wire. Mine was green red all the way through the harness to connect to B135-7. It had many branches that were snipped off.? Do you have the same wire colors running through? your harness for ignition power? If it's hot at 135-7 it should be hot at the fused ignition power fuse as well?? Wouldn't be too hard to untape the harness for a look. I'd start at each end looking for a mistake.
