It's something you did. Retrace everything you did. Connect the two green test connectors and turn the key to ON. If the FP and relays don't? cycle you are missing ignition+ and/or battery+ to the harness. Are you sure the fuses for these are still good? What connector did you have on the original alt and what is the new one? Pics?
