Hi guys,
The saga continues. I have replaced radiator, coolant pipes (and hoses), gas tank (and fuel lines), and finally reversed the water manifold with a RMW reversed coolant manifold.
Problem is that putting it back together I've noticed that I failed to label a few hoses/nipples int the intake manifold and now I'm a little lost.
84 Westy
94 EJ22 (second engine, first EJ22 overheated)
90 intake manifold (the wiring harness was originally setup to play with the first EJ22 (which was a 90).
After the 90 died, I replaced with the 94 EJ22. The wiring harnesses were different, but using the 90 intake manifold on the 94 long block worked fine.
I have some photos taken to point out where my confusion is, so if anyone is willing/able to help with my problems I can send the photos via direct mail.
Thank and sorry for such a PITA request.
Dave
