Well wouldn't a simple solution be to install a "T" into the clutch line somewhere and run the extra line to a throwout bearing that is exactly like the Smallcar bearing in a small steel box somwhere with a valvespring on it to keep tension on it thereby decreasing the flow to the operational bearing by one half? with the correct valvespring you could adjust the pressure going to the operational bearing to meet your needs. The dummy device could be made to "Bottom out" inside the box to prevent the bearing from being "blown out"
