Why not just measure your broken belt and subtract about 1/3rd of
the range of adjustment?
Is this a horizontal drive or an underneath drive? Horizontal
drive units can have the jackshaft mounted at different distances
from the head stock, so a belt that fits my lathe may not fit
yours.
Is it a 10K or a 10L?
You can buy belts that you splice together on the lathe so that
you don't have to remove the spindle from the head stock to
install it.
You can get belts that are leather and you can cut them to length
before you splice them so that you get an exact fit.\
Do a search for South Bend lathe belts and you will see a lot of
options that are available.

I have a South Bend 10 my belt broke it's a 1 inch. I don't know
what length of new belt I need to order.
My belt adjustment was at it's longest setting.?
I know it it stretch hard to determine what the length should be.
Do you know what length I need?
