South bend never sold one. You either make it or ebay it.
Or buy a motorcycle cover that is roughly of that size.?
Make sure it is not plastic, but cotton. Plastic will trap humidity inside and will turn your lathe into a rust popsicle.

Any ideas where to locate a headstock cover for an 80s vintage 10K other than eBay would be great. That seems to be the only missing part on this new purchase of mine.
