Use the Japanese Kanban method where you establish a minimum level of supplies and order whenever you hit that level.?
I have never run out of common items that?I consume regularly, by using this method. It does not require
any computers, or math, or statistics. Just define your own "low" level and order when you hit it.
Order now, because every day of delay will extend your delivery. Then, if you find some place that will delivery faster, you will have twice the supplies.?
