For some reason this didn't show up until this morning.
In any case, I recall seeing a similar scene when I was in community college, only with Canadian Geese. Those things were blocking the perimeter road that was the only way in or out of the campus and didn't care one whit about car horns.
It was after I had finished with my classes for the day, I came out and found a traffic jam because of the geese blocking the road.
Eventually somebody got out of their car and touched them, which DID spook them and made them fly out.

I recall a girl at Uni had a car (Ciroen 2CV) with a wonky horn.

It used to attract geese, because that is what it sounded like.

Geese also make a mess.

Just not the same mess as llamas on PCP.

They are more properly called "Canada Geese," because they hang-out all over North America. If they were Canadian Geese, they would likely make a sound like "Honk, Honk, Eh?"

The Canadian geese made Harper College look pretty shitty back when I attended at the end of the '90s despite the inside buildings being clean and in good repair.

You learned to always watch your step walking about the campus.

The geese blocking the road when I came out from classes wasn't a one-off incident.

Although the geese USUALLY stayed outside. However, one time I was killing time between two classes and a goose walked in through the automatic door in the L building and caused a ruckus.
I had to get to class before it was resolved, and the goose seemed to be gone by the time class was over; but interestingly enough the next day they had a special on goose meat (not normally on the menu, in fact I only recall seeing it twice) in the cafeteria. Coincidence?

You wanna know what? You got a problem with Canada Gooses, you got a problem with me, and I suggest you let that one marinate.?— Wayne

Wayne: Don't you remember when that plane had to land on the river in New York 'cause Canada Gooses flew into the engine? It's 'cause Canada Gooses likely had intel there was a pedophile or two on board and took matters into their own hands. As they should!

Daryl: No innocent people hurt either.
