But there's another set of stones, equally as old and also
having
Merlin links: Amesbury, a stone circle big enough to have a
town in
the middle of it ...
Hallo Dorothy
Are you sure is is Amesbury? The stone circle wizh a little
village is
Avebury. I found a website with nice photos of it.
Regards Markus
Ohh I love a mystery. Bongo-grams! What could it mean?
I'm sorry, I'll go back to writing and let you all puzzle out what
things mean. And Dorothy, kick kinsifire in the butt and remind him
that he has some wonderful stories that are in desparate need of a
update. :D

Aha! Yes, AVEBURY is the town in the middle of the circle.
AMESBURY is the town nearest Stonehenge, which also has *another*
smaller circle and the ruins of the abbey where Guinevere was
supposedly cloistered. So there's Arthurian connotations all over
the place. And Stonehenge/Amesbury would probably go down
together. And I still think that the town has some significance,
unless Bob and Alyx are just going to add a little "canon character
death" pathos by blowing up Lavender Brown when she's home for
Easter hols.
Of course, Avebury really isn't all that far from
Amesbury/Stonehenge either.
We shall just have to wait and see.
