This has come up a few times, the one I remember being a lot
more recent than Jan 2023, so probably not the one you are looking
for.
But to find the one you want, we need more details or
scenes.
I
remember reading a HP fic last January where Harry was removed from the
Dursleys and one result was that Lily's protection was actively
attacking Tom's? soul fragment in Harry's scar. It was prevented
from doing so because of the way Dumbledore anchored the blood wards at
Privet
Drive.
