Sounds great, and it's even in my neck of the woods, but I am already a part-time lecturer at UTSA (in addition to my day job), so my free time tends to be measured in negative numbers... And you are correct...lots of 1st-in-family around these parts.? UTSA, St. Mary's, TAMUSA, Texas State...all actively recruit 1st timers...
